Aged Care Executive Management Services
Provision of experienced executive management personnel on a short to medium term basis (typically for smaller independent Providers who may lack the capacity across their existing management team to address all of the challenges facing their business)
Development & execution of performance improvement plans to ensure/enhance long term sustainability
Proven track record in the delivery of Building and/or IT infrastructure upgrades working with all stakeholders to manage key risks and ensure strong corporate governance.
Aged Care Quality & Performance Improvement
Independent Quality &/or Gap Analysis Reviews focused on clinical and non-clinical aspects keeping the quality of care services & safety of Consumer & Workforce front & centre at all times
Compliance with ACQSC Standards – working closely with Aged Care Facility management & workforce to develop, enhance and oversee the execution of Continuous Improvement Plans
Provision of experienced Aged Care Administrator and/or Clinical Nurse Advisor services to Aged Care Facility management & workforce to address issues of non-compliance with ACSQC Standards.
Provision of ACFI optimisation services by highly experienced clinical personnel who undertake in-depth reviews of Residents’ assessed care needs and ensure that the Home is accurately claiming and documenting in the relevant ACFI domains.
