Tina is a qualified health services manager with over 20 years’ experience in health care. Tina’s roles have included: Executive Manager – Hospitals; Business Manager – Private Hospital; and Quality Development Coordinator. Tina’s core focus has been on operational management, achieving optimal financial outcomes, and quality management systems.

Since joining O’Connell Advisory in 2010 Tina has worked on a variety of projects in the healthcare sector, including: strategy, business cases, scoping studies, market sounding, evaluations and stakeholder consultations.

Whilst her initial focus was in health, Tina has worked on a several projects for Family and Community Services relating to disability, and is now working with a number of disability service providers as they transition to the NDIS. Tina has also worked on projects relating to Community Housing.

Tina has also become involved in residential aged care and currently supports three residential aged care facilities through providing executive management and head office support services.
