Graham Evans brings over two decades of experience in advising clients on ways to most effectively manage the people side of their business. Graham specialises in providing practical advice on dealing legally and fairly with strategic and compliance issues involving staff.

Graham has extensive experience in working with a wide range of clients –including key NSW public sector agencies, local government, health care, NFP and astute operators in the private sector.

Graham has over 30 years’ experience as a practising lawyer and is one of a select group certified by the Law Society of NSW as an Accredited Specialist in Employment + Industrial Law. He is also a Nationally Accredited Workplace Mediator, an Executive Member of the Australian Labour and Employment Relations Association as well as a Fellow of the Australian Human Resources Institute. His articles continue to be published in leading professional magazines and newspapers. He also teaches workplace relations and lectures in employment law at Macquarie University, Sydney.
