Dee Rolla

Dee is a CPA who has recently returned to O’Connell after a few years working in the UK. Dee is an astute finance professional with over 10 years of broad ranging experience in Australia, UK and India. She has a proven track record of enabling and aligning organisations to achieve profitability and growth. Dee has excellent budgeting, analytical abilities, research and reporting skills. She is a skilled communicator and relationship builder with both internal and external stakeholders.

Dee has worked as our lead financial modeller for O’Connell on a wide range of projects.  Dee has worked on a number of projects for the NSW Ministry of Health including the Non-Emergency Patient Transport business case and Financial Impact Statements (including the Westmead, Blacktown Mount Druitt and the Children’s Hospital at Westmead), Non-Emergency Patient Transport Due Diligence project, assisting with the palliative care tender evaluation and performing the Office for Health & Medical Research financial evaluation. Dee has also worked on the development of a national framework to review Independent Medical Research Institutes.

Dee has previously worked as Management Accountant for London’s Air Ambulance, Finance Business Partner for Transport NSW, People and Culture, a business case analyst for NSW Treasury within the Family & Community Services Branch and an analyst for Standard & Poor’s.
